Meet our newest interns at ABACORP.

Jose (pictured to the left) discovered ABACORP at the CSUN Tech Fest this past spring, where he applied for this sought after internship. He is currently majoring in Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis on Aerospace and would like to become an Aerospace Engineer after graduation. He particularly likes jet propulsion.

Outside of work and studies, Jose enjoys hiking, playing the guitar, working out, playing video games, and programming in Solidworks.

By working at ABACORP, he hopes to learn more about blueprint reading, perspective, and product development through the manufacturing stage. “The whole process of manufacturing has brought my career to a new light.” Jose will graduate in 2019.

Meet Joseph (pictured to the right). Joseph is also a student at CSUN majoring in Mechanical Engineering, and is pursuing a career in Aerospace. He came to ABACORP this spring seeking more for himself. “I wanted machining practice and there were concepts I need that only hands-on can really give you. It has been very eye opening the entire manufacturing process. I understand the critical nature of being perfect.”

In his free time, Joseph likes to build things for gifts out of wood and metal. He also skates and surfs frequently with friends.

Joseph will graduate in 2019.
